Denver law firm seeking computer specialists
Yesterday, I commented on the recent discussions about law firms' ability to develop and use computer technology to serve clients more effectively. Today I browsed the classified advertisements in the Denver Post and noticed that Holland & Hart LLP, a Denver-based firm, is seeking a C#/ASP/.NET programmer and a computer quality assurance analyst.
Holland & Hart takes some pride in its previous forays into new technology, so I'm curious what they're planning to cook up now.
Holland & Hart's website says the firm has about 290 attorneys in 12 offices, so it's definitely not a small firm.
I'd think about applying for the QA position myself if I had any solid QA background other than my basic statistics course. I don't think picking my father's brain counts as formal quality assurance training, though maybe it should.
